Welcome to this week's edition of the Mt. Stuart Family Flight Plan! We're excited to share the latest happenings and updates from our school community to keep you informed and engaged.

Tuesday, March 10th is Spring Picture day. Make sure to send in payment if you’d like to purchase a photo. Also, Spring Conferences are just a few weeks away. Make sure you have signed up for a slot. More information about our Book Fair will be coming out soon. 

Next week we’d love to have you join us Monday, March 9th for a Parent Partnership event. These are usually small groups of families who want to dig into our School Improvement data to talk through trends and make suggestions for improvements. If that’s your cup of tea, please come at 5:30. Either way our normal March Parent Group meeting will be (Mon. March 9th) at 6:30 and we’d love to have you join us in the library.

A special thank you to everyone who attended or supported our Bingo Night last Friday night. We want to recognize the many MSE families who made this such a successful and well attended event.

Our Lost and Found collection is overflowing!

Please take a moment to check with your student to see if they are missing any coats, lunchboxes, water bottles, or other belongings.

113 Mt. Stuart families & friends have selected our non-profit as their Fred Meyer Community Partner. Because of that, from this past quarter alone, Fred Meyer has donated $600 to us! Fred Meyer donates a percentage of what you spend to the charity of your choice. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING Mt. Stuart Parent Group! If you haven't selected us and would like to, it's really easy. You can do it through the app or website. Under Community Partners, our unique code is SN076. That's it. Attached are the steps as well :)

To ensure a safe and smooth drop-off and pick-up experience for everyone, please make note of the following parking updates:

Please Parent Square or email the office by 3:00 PM if your student has a change of plans for the end of the day. We have many activities happening during this time, and having the change in writing helps ensure we get the message to your child correctly. Thank you!

If you plan to send in birthday treats for your child's class, or snacks, please make sure they are bite-sized and meet our district wellness policy.

If you are looking for a gift idea for grandparents or others, check out Artsonia. They will use your child's picture to make gift items. Our school receives a percentage of sales that we use to purchase art supplies.

We love our volunteers! 💙 If you’d like to help out at school, stop by the office to pick up a volunteer application. Please bring a copy of your driver’s license when you turn it in. Once your application is approved by the district, it will be valid for 2 years.
