A Message from Mrs. Singletary

3/20/26
This week we had spring conferences. If you weren’t able to attend one, please coordinate with your child’s teacher to do an in person, online or phone conference. Thanks to everyone who came on site. We hope you got the chance to visit our Book Fair. The Parent Group ran this and did a lovely job. Funds raised go back into our school which is a blessing. This week we also hosted our Recess Rodeo. Our support staff/paras taught the lessons and we got to practice together. We learned a lot together as we did this so we are now all on the same page! When we come back from Spring Break, we’ll be doing “Camp Stuart” reteaching expectations all across the school. On Thurs. 4/2, we will be hosting author, Ellie Peterson. https://www.elliepetersonart.com/about She will be meeting with grade levels, our Newspaper club and have a special session. Friday, we’ll end with a MSE Spirit Day- Wear blue & grey, MSE shirts or camping clothes & a school-wide assembly. Have a safe & wonderful Spring Break. See you on Mon. 3/30!

Safety Protocol for Early Arrivals

If you arrive at school prior to 8:45 AM:
  • Please park your vehicle in a designated parking spot.
  • You and your child(ren) must remain in your car until the supervision period officially begins at 8:45 AM.
  • Do NOT drop off students unattended before 8:45 AM.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this safety policy, as it helps us ensure a secure environment for every student.
Thank you for your understanding!

Lost and Found

Hello Parents/Guardians,
Our Lost and Found collection is overflowing!
Please take a moment to check with your student to see if they are missing any coats, lunchboxes, water bottles, or other belongings.
A Friendly Reminder:
  • Labeling Helps! We are finding that many of the lost items that have been labeled with a student's name are much easier for us to return directly to the owner. This saves us time and ensures your child gets their property back promptly.

End of Day Change of Plans

Please Parent Square or email the office by 3:00 PM if your student has a change of plans for the end of the day. We have many activities happening during this time, and having the change in writing helps ensure we get the message to your child correctly. Thank you!
